Cancellation & Refund Policy

ADOSOLVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if requested immediately after placing the order.

• Cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun.

• No cancellations are accepted for perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables). Refunds/replacements can be provided if the quality of the delivered product is proven to be unsatisfactory.

• For damaged or defective items, report the issue to Customer Service within 2 days of receipt. The merchant will verify the claim before any resolution.

• If the product does not match the description or expectations, report the issue to Customer Service within 2 days of receipt. The team will review and take appropriate action.

• For products with manufacturer warranties, complaints should be directed to the manufacturer.

• Approved refunds by ADOSOLVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED will be processed within 9-15 days.
